Traders
Trade. Connect. Collect.
Last updated: September 10, 2026
Traders is an app for sticker and card collectors. We keep the minimum needed to help you find someone to trade with, and nothing else. This page says exactly what, why, and how to remove it.
Your email, so you can sign in and recover your account. We don't show it to anyone and we don't use it for advertising.
Your username, display name, bio and photo if you upload one. All of that is public: anyone who opens your profile sees it.
Your state and your ZIP area (the first three digits). They're used to show you trades near you first. We don't keep your full ZIP code or your street address.
Which collections you follow and which stickers you have. It's the heart of the app: without it there's no way to match who has what someone else is missing. It's public, like your profile.
The meetups you agree on: with whom, which collection, the date and the place you write between you. Only the two people in the trade can see that.
The ratings and comments you leave after a trade. Those are public, because that's what a reputation is.
The photos you post in a group. They don't have a public address: whoever is in that group sees them, through a link that expires shortly. Keep in mind that anyone with a group's link can join it, so post what you'd show any collector. They're deleted when you delete the post or your account, and when the group is deleted.
If you trade by mail, each of you enters where you receive. It's the only truly sensitive piece of data here and we treat it separately.
That address is seen only by the other person in that trade. It's never public, never appears on your profile, and isn't used for anything else.
It deletes itself 14 days after it's entered, whether the trade finished or not.
If you're under 18, don't enter an address without talking to an adult first. The app warns you before asking.
We don't sell or share your data with anyone for advertising.
We don't store your exact location or track you by GPS.
We don't read or store payment data: nothing is paid for in Traders.
The database and account access are provided by Supabase. The app is served from Firebase App Hosting, by Google.
We use Google Analytics to know how many people visit and which screens they use. It's aggregate data: it tells us there were four visits, not who you are.
You can delete it yourself, whenever you want, from Settings. No need to email anyone or wait for a reply.
And if you can't sign in (because you lost your password or already uninstalled the app) you can request it from tradersapp.co/borrar-cuenta, which explains how and doesn't require an account to read.
Everything of yours goes: profile, photo, collection, meetups, messages, ratings, who you follow, shipping details and what you posted in groups, with its photos. It can't be undone.
Note that when a shared meetup is deleted, the other person also loses that trade from their history.
If an administrator ever acted on your account (a suspension, or the deletion you asked for) we keep a record of that action with its date and reason, alongside an internal identifier that no longer points to any profile or to your email. It's kept for safety and abuse prevention. Nothing else is kept.
Daily totals (how many people, how many stickers logged) are stored as plain numbers with nothing pointing at a person. They aren't your data and they don't change when you delete.
From anyone's profile you can block them. After that you won't cross paths: not in matches, not in the directory, and they can't invite you to trade.
You can also report them. We review reports ourselves, and meanwhile that person is blocked automatically.
You can also report a post in a group from its three dots. It reaches us, not the person who posted it, and you stop seeing what they post.
Traders is for ages 13 and up. When you create an account we ask your year of birth only to check that minimum, and we don't store it.
Collecting stickers is for kids and grown-ups alike, and we know it. That's why the app never shows your address for an in-person meetup, keeps only your ZIP area, and warns you before asking for any contact detail.
If you're a minor, agree to meet in public places and tell an adult. If anything makes you uncomfortable, block and report: it's immediate and you don't have to explain yourself first.
Write to info@tradersapp.co. It's the same address for questions about your data, reports you can't file from the app, and any trouble with your account.
