Traders
Trade. Connect. Collect.
Last updated: September 10, 2026
Traders is an app where people who don't know each other trade stickers and cards, and often arrange to meet. These rules say what you can do here, what you can't, and what happens when someone crosses the line. By using Traders you agree to them.
You have to be 13 or older. When you create your account we ask your year of birth only to check that minimum.
One account per person. Don't pass yourself off as someone else, or use the name, photo or crest of someone you aren't.
You're responsible for whatever happens from your account. If you think someone else got in, change your password and write to us.
None of this belongs in your profile, your bio, your photo, the photos you post, your comments, your group names, the meeting places you write, or the messages you send:
Traders shows you who has what you're missing and gives you somewhere to agree. It takes no part in the trade: it doesn't hold the cards, doesn't take payment, doesn't ship anything and isn't a party to the deal.
Keep what you agreed to. If you can't, tell the other person beforehand, not afterwards.
Ratings are for saying how the trade actually went. Don't use them to settle an argument that happened somewhere else.
Nothing is paid for in Traders, and the app will never ask you for card details. If someone asks for them claiming to be from Traders, it's a scam — report it.
Meet somewhere public with people around: a square, a shopping centre, the door of a shop. Never at a home.
If you're a minor, tell an adult where you're going and who with, or ask them to come along.
Traders doesn't verify who anyone is and isn't present at the meetup. Going is your decision.
If anything makes you uncomfortable, you don't owe an explanation: block and report. It's immediate.
We read reports ourselves, one by one. There's no robot deciding this.
Depending on what we find we may delete the content, take down the group or the meetup, suspend the account or delete it. Serious cases — anything involving a minor, a threat or a scam — get no prior warning.
If we suspended you and you think we got it wrong, write to us and we'll look again. A person answers.
From anyone's profile, in the three-dot menu, you can block or report them. Reporting also blocks them right away, so you don't have to see them while we look into it.
Blocking is complete: you won't cross paths in matches or in the directory, and they can't invite you to trade.
A post in a group, photo included, is reported from its three dots. It reaches us, not the person who posted it, and you stop seeing what they post.
If there's something you can't report from the app, write to us at info@tradersapp.co — we count on that to catch what slips past us.
Collection checklists are loaded by hand from what the manufacturers publish. We do our best to keep them right, but they can have mistakes.
We don't verify that cards are authentic, or that they're in the condition their owner claims.
The app can go down, change, or stop working. It's a collectors' project, not a contracted service.
Traders is an independent app made by collectors. It is not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by Panini, FIFA, Hasbro, or any other brand mentioned.
Collection names are used only to identify them and belong to their respective owners.
When they change, the date above changes. If the change is substantial we'll say so inside the app; we're not going to move the rules on you quietly.
Write to info@tradersapp.co. It's the same address for reports, for appealing a suspension, and for any trouble with your account.
